HRH The Princess Royal attendance at Loos BC Extension

We are delighted to announce that our President, HRH The Princess Royal, will inaugurate the new Loos British Cemetery Extension in France on the 26th September.

The new cemetery extension is only the second of its kind to be built by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission since the end of the Second World War.

HRH The Princess Royal will participate in a burial service where two soldiers will be interred with full military honours. The ceremony is organised by the MOD’s Joint Casualty and Compassionate Centre (JCCC), also known as the ‘War Detectives’.
