Here at the CWGC we commemorate the 1.7 million casualties of the two World Wars in over 23,000 locations across 150 countries and territories. Our role for over 100 years is to care for the men and women who never came home. We are pleased that you have chosen to visit our war cemeteries and memorials as part of your trip with Anglia Tours

But we would like to know more! We care for our casualties graves but we want to find out their stories. Who are the people behind the names on the headstones? We have joined up with Anglia Tours to create an archive for the future but we need your help. Do you have a relative who are you are visiting? Or is there a particular person who died in the First World War that you have researched? If, on your tour someone catches your attention and you find out more about them, we would like you to share their stories with us here and create a digital tribute to them.

Adding your story is really simple:

Step one - Upload your content

Drag and drop your photos, videos or audio in the the box. You can also click on Browse to select your file directly from your computer.

Add your story in the Comment box.

Step two - Tell us about yourself

Simply give us your name and email address so that we can add your name to the story.

Once you've made your submission, it will be approved by our moderators before it appears in the archive.
