Grangemouth Grandsable Cemetery - War Graves Week Open Day

War Graves Week is an initiative aimed at encouraging people from the local community to come together to discover the World War heritage on their doorstep, learning about the stories of those commemorated by the CWGC, and about the skills, dedication and expertise of the staff and volunteers who work to keep their memory alive This is our Open Day, with tours offered throughout the day starting at 12.00.last tour at 17.15.

• Eyes on Hands On demonstration – how our volunteers play a vital role in helping us to maintain UK war graves.

 Please wear suitable footwear for paths and grass. Some sections of the tour are hilly, but can be avoided.

There are no facilities on site, but the Klondyke Garden Centre is about 10 mins walk. Very limited parking on site, and drivers should take extreme care when turning out of the cemetery, and/or right on to the main road, owing to fast-moving traffic.
