Rededication Service for Serjeant William Clay Cubberley, 2nd Battalion The Worcestershire Regiment

A rededication service will de held for Serjeant William Clay Cubberley of 2nd Battalion The Worcestershire Regiment at CWGC Perth Cemetery (China Wall) in Belgium. on the 22 March 2023 at 10:00am (local time).

Serjeant Cubberley died on 26th September 1917 whilst serving with 2nd Battalion, Worcestershire Regiment. He was previously commemorated on the CWGC Tyne Cot Memorial.

CWGC has marked his recently identified grave with a Commission headstone and will care for it in perpetuity. The service has been organised by British Ministry of Defence’s Joint Casualty and Compassionate Centre and will be attended by Defence Staff, Regimental representatives, CWGC staff and local dignitaries.
