Location information
Lemvig is a town in Western Jutland on the south shore of the Nissum Bredning, which forms part of the great Lim Fjord. On reaching the town follow the main road around the harbour and up the hill on the Vestrebjerg. The entrance to the cemetery is on the right side close to the top of the hill opposite a garage. From the entrance proceed up the slope towards the rear of the cemetery. The Cross can be seen close to the rear boundary.

Lemvig Cemetery contains a war graves plot of 44 Commonwealth burials of the Second World War, most of them airmen. 6 of these burials are unidentified. The plot also includes a Polish airman and an unidentified German soldier.
