Location information

Vester Vedsted is a village in south west Jutland about 9 kilometres south west of the town of Ribe. Travelling south on the A11 from Ribe turn right onto the local road signposted to Vester Vedsted. On approaching the village the large white church can be seen from a considerable distance. From the entrance to the churchyard walk round to the right of the church. The single war grave, marked by a portland headstone, is in a prominent position in a grassed area to the right of the church.
