BATENBURG ROMAN CATHOLIC CEMETERY - CWGC

Location information

The town of Batenburg is situated to the north-east of Nijmegen off the A50. From the motorway A50 turn off at junction Bankhoef and the junction with the N326. Follow the N326 in the direction of Nijmegen and take the first exit called Beuningen. Turn right onto Schoenaker in the direction of Wijchen. At the T junction turn right into Randweg Noord and follow the Randweg to the first major junction on the right. Turn right into Kavelpad in the direction of Hernen. Follow the road under the motorway and into the town. Follow the main road out through the town to the T junction. Turn left here into Gordenaars and follow this road to the end. At the T junction turn right towards Batenburg along Molendijk. At the left hand bend bear right into Hoefweg and the turn first left into Kasteelse Allee. The cemetery is along this road. The one Commonwealth war grave in this cemetery is marked by a private memorial.
