Location information

St. Jacobiparochie is the chief of the four villages comprising the commune of Het Bildt. It is 18 kilometres north-east of Harlingen and 20 kilometres west-north-west of Leeuwarden. The cemetery is on the western outskirts of the village, on the road to Harlingen. The Commonwealth graves are in the south-western part.

Het Bildt (St Jacobiparochie) General Cemetery contains the graves of eight Commonwealth airmen of the Second World War, three of them unidentified, and one Polish airman.
