The village and commune of Bursard is 16 kilometres north-north-east of Alencon, about 3 kilometres east of the road from that town to Sees, Gace, Bernay and Rouen (N.138). There are 2 Commonwealth burials of the 1939-1945 war here, in the north-eastern corner of the churchyard.
