Location information

Redon is a small town and commune 64 kilometres south-west of Rennes by the N.177 road. Sir Alan Brooke's Headquarters moved here from Vitre for a short time during June 1940. The communal cemetery is on the north-eastern side of the town at the northern end of the Avenue E. Gascon. There is 1 Commonwealth burial of the 1939-1945 war here, east of the entrance, 32 metres north of the southern wall and 40 metres west of the eastern wall.
