Location information
Putlitz is a town in North East Germany approx 145km North West of Berlin. From the A24 Berlin to Hamburg motorway take exit 17 (Ausfahrt 17) L13 PUTLITZ. Follow direction PUTLITZ and continue for approx 5kms. Turn left onto B321 KARL-MARX-STRAßE and continue for approx 600m (road changes name to PRITZWALKER STRAßE) the civilian cemetery can be found on the left. CWGC plot is located at the front fence on the left side of the cemetery. Follow the main central path for approx 50m then turn left towards the Chapel, turn left at the Chapel and walk towards the front boundary fence where the 6 CWGC headstones can be found.
