Location information

Parnewinkel is a small village in North Germany approx 70 km north of Bremen. From the A1 Bremen to Hamburg motorway take exit 49 (Ausfahrt 49) B71 ZEVEN / BREMERVÖRDE. Follow direction B71 BREMERVÖRDE and continue for approx 22 kms and pass through the town of SELSINGEN. Exactly 2 kilometres from SELSINGEN on the B71 (Bremervörderstrasse), turn left (signposted KRIEGSGRÄBERSTÄTTE). The cemetery is approx 500 metres along this small road on the right. The grave of Fireman Chan Chuen is number 37, easily identifiable by a stainless steel plaque in front of the grave marker.
