History information

This site, formerly known as Westmount Strangers' Cemetery, now forms the grounds of the crematorium. There are 3 1914-1918 war casualties buried here; the Commission is in the process of producing a memorial plaque to alternatively commemorate them as it is not possible to mark their graves.
