Location information

Stavern is a town on the coast south of Larvik. From the E18, turn onto the 301 in the direction of Stavern and go through the town on the 301 to the T-junction by a garage. Turn right here and the church is along here on the right. The Commonwealth war graves are situated to the left of the church.

History information

Stavern Churchyard contains six Commonwealth burials of the First World War, only two identified by name, but all sailors who died at the Battle of Jutland in 1916.
