  • Additional Info Son of Lt. Col. T. E. Lowe, O.B.E., T.D., J.P., (late 6th Bn. South Staffordshire Regt.)., and Mrs. Lowe, of Larches Lane, Wolverhampton. At outbreak of war he was in China, where he received his commission from Governor of Hong Kong, returned to England and joined 10th South Staffs. Proceeded to France in 1915.
