War Graves Week is an initiative aimed at encouraging people from the local community to come together and discover the World War heritage on their doorstep – learning about the stories of those commemorated by the CWGC and the skills, dedication and expertise of those CWGC staff and volunteers who work to keep their memory alive.

MEETING POINT. Parking will be directed by CWGC volunteers into the cemetery. No parking will be available by the roadside for safety reasons.

The cemetery contains a 1939-1945 special war graves plot in which a Cross of Sacrifice has been erected in this plot.

There are now nearly 50, 1939-1945 War casualties commemorated in this site. One of these is unidentified.

Parking on-site; no facilities or toilets; level ground; wheelchair access.

Please dress for the weather and wear suitable footwear.
