Rededication Ceremony for Corporal Frederick Percival Bousfield, 43rd Bn. Canadian Infantry

A rededication ceremony for Corporal Frederick Percival Bousfield, 43rd Bn. Canadian Infantry will be held at 4.00pm (local time) on 14 September 2023 at CWGC’s Bedford House Cemetery, Belgium.

Corporal Bousfield died on 7 June 1916 and was previously commemorated on Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial to the Missing.

CWGC will mark his recently identified grave with a Commission headstone and will care for it in perpetuity. The service has been organised the Canadian Armed Forces and will be attended by family members, Canadian Defence staff, Regimental representatives, CWGC staff and local dignitaries.
