Location information

This crematorium is in Mount Gravatt a small place in the outer suburbs of Brisbane south of the city. It is in Nursery Road, half a kilometre from Logar Road, and about 10 kilometres from Brisbane General Post Office. During the 1939-45 War 87 members of the Australian forces here were accorded the last rite of cremation. This total is made up by 3 sailors, 62 soldiers and 22 airmen.
