Location information

Couvron-et-Aumencourt is a village 12 kilometres north-north-west of Laon and some 5 kilometres north of Crepy-en-Laonnais. The Communal Cemetery is south-east of the village.

History information

There are now nearly 20, 1939-45 war casualties commemorated in this site. Of these, a small number are unidentified. These graves are in two different plots; some north of the chapel, against the northern boundary wall, and the others about 11 metres east of the chapel.
