Location information

The small island called Ile-de-Brehat is some 41 kilometres north-west of St. Brieuc and 8 kilometres north-east of Paimpol. From Paimpol railway station there is a bus service to Point de l'Arcouest where a ferry (which runs year round) can be taken to Ile de Brehat by "Vedettes de Brehat". A bus service to Pointe de l'Arcouest also runs from St. Brieuc railway station. The Commonwealth war graves are in the cemetery extension ("Sailors Cemetery"), fifty metres east of the Churchyard. Near the southern boundary are the graves of four men of the Royal Navy, only one of whom is identified.
