Location information

Horta is a town and seaport on the island of Faial (Ilha Do Faial). The cemetery is located on the high ground above the town off Rua Dr Neves, also known locally as Rua Comendador Macedo, behind the Igreja do Nossa Senhora do Carmo. The Commonwealth graves are located in the top left-hand corner of the cemetery in what is descibed as "the 2 Paviment". Cemetery address: Rua Comendador Macedo 9900-119 Horta Faial.
