Location information

Oldenzaal is a small town situated 11 kilometres north of Enschede on the main road to north-west Germany and Scandinavia. The cemetery is about 800 metres south-west of the town on Hengelosestraat, adjacent to the Protestant Cemetery from which it is separated by a tall hedge. The Commonwealth war graves are in 2 plots; 3 at the left rear of the cemetery and 13 to the right of the entrance.

Oldenzal Roman Catholic Cemetery contains the graves of three Commonwealth servicemen of the Second World War, all of whom died in the latter stages of the war in the Netherlands.
