Location information
Take the old Greytown Road (R33) from the city, or from the N3 freeway in the direction of Greytown and the large municipal cemetery is on the left. Most of the graves are concentrated into the military plots; the majority in the Military Plot A, where a Cross of Sacrifice has been erected, and a smaller number in the Military Plot B, which has an explanatory stone. Two cremation commemorations are affected on a bronze panel attached to the Cross of Sacrifice platform.
Visiting information
Military Plot A with the Cross of Sacrifice is easily visible, but it is advisable to consult the Secretary of the Commission's South African Agency or the Cemetery Office (which is open during office hours) in respect of Military Plot B and the scattered graves.
