Location information

The entrance to Ardrossan cemetery is on Sorbie Road, just north of the junction between Sorbie Road and the A738 (Parkhouse Road/High Road) which goes through the town. The war graves plot is to the rear of the cemetery. The nearest railway station (a couple of hundred yards to the south of the site) is Ardrossan South Beach.

The cemetery was begun by the Ardrossan Cemetery Company in 1855. It contains 61 Commonwealth war graves
