Location information
The village of Bougnies is located south-west of the town of Mons off the N6. From the E19/E42 motorway turn off at junction 24a in the direction of Maubeuge/Frameries/Jemappes onto the R5. Follow the R5, and after 8km take the exit for Asquilles, when you reach the junction with the N6, turn right in the direction of Maubeuge. Travel on the N6 for 1.5kms and turn right at the crossroads/traffic lights in the direction of Paturages. Travel for 1.1km and turn left onto Rue de Bougnies in the direction of Bougnies. Proceed for 700m until you reach a small Communal cemetery on the left. The CWGC graves are located on the left against a boundary wall as you enter this cemetery.
